i just got my black 928...Ordered online on the 16th... overnight shipping... matte black looks really nice.

Just got mine too, today! They actually told me two-day shipping but was really three! Picked up Sunday the 19th and sat all day Monday at Memphis Fed-EX.

Yeah ... I called Verizon and they said ... the order says "available BY May 20th" ... FedEx "said" Verizon DID NOT send the "shipping instructions until May 20th" ... so, we met our "2 DAY contract".

Got my BLACK 928 today and fully set it up in 15 minutes - well maybe 30 - because I had to re-sync with Exchange.

I must say that "pictures just do NOT this this ALL BLACK" 928 justice ... it IS a thing of sheer beauty and looks and feels like a high end sports car. Even beyond a iPhone 5 and ANY Samsung "plastic" Galaxy I have either seen and/or held.

Those "on the fence" about "black" ... GO for it - so far, ONLY online!

I have to agree, the black looks really really nice. It's incredibly disappointing if they aren't going to have this in store, at least as a display model.

I got my black one on Friday. I have the white and black version. The black is much sexier and certainly more professional, but you would think that the glossy white back would be slick while holding it. I figured the matte black would be better. The black is actually much slicker in hand and does not have as much grip to it as the white. My black one has the messed up Windows button, so I am trying to decide whether to keep the white one which is flawless or replace the black one.
