update stuck

Hello,

I just went to update my lumia 920. After downloading, it says preparing to install. It then eventually reaches 100% and just sits there. I still says preparing to install, but it just sits at 100%.

Has anyone had this problem?

There are a few others who've had problems if you search. Mine was "stuck" at 100% for about 5-10 minutes but eventually went through. Might depend on how much stuff you have loaded on your phone since it backs up/syncs all your information. It would've been nice if there was a better progress bar showing what it was doing instead of just sitting at 100% for a long time.

How long, mine sat like that for about 15 min or so, yeah I started to worry as well but I've heard that it can take up to 20 min so give it some time

Be patience, it takes a bit longer. I believe mine took at good 35-40 min from start to finish.

Lol min is been stuck for the last 12 mins, hoping it moves on soon. Even i dnt have d patience Nd i dnt wanna wait like d above one

And is updated, keep 700mb memory in ur phn memory free... Or it will b getting a lil problem
