Dude your phone is carrier bounded, and in this case only nokia customer service can help.. Ask them to update your phone.. If not, I am assuming ur running on windows phone 7.5 mango, which cannot,be ugraded to amber, black or blue.. Sorry... No updates for u..

I have the same issue with a Lumia 620 on Koodoo Mobile Canada. They havent released amber or black upates for the 620 and so when I check under the phone updates setting it says that the phone is up to date. How do I get the OS updated to at least GDR2 (without amber) so that I can run the developer preview?

I did the Rogers/French Dev ROM thing for Amber on my 920 because AT&T was dragging their heels forever and now that it's technically unbranded, I like it a lot better because I don't have to wait for AT&T on updates anymore.

If anyone is comfortable enough to flash their ROM, I'd say do it especially if you're on AT&T

kids. Guys in all these replies did anyone ever get an idea that the guy can manually update his phone just like normal people do.You went straight to flashing already. Man update your phone normally through phone update. I bet you never did that till now. Do it and i'm sure theres one waiting for you there. after installing gdr2 the preview for developers app will work just fine

No. Though in my opinion, you should find out why newer firmware causes problems with your touch. Make a thread detailing the issue if you haven't already.
