Okay it was not system update but some firmware updates from Nokia...it took 25 minutes but I have no idea what changes it has brought to my 1320..

stopped the screen from being so sensitive. ie: long scrolls in twitter would end up with false presses on nearly every scroll attempt.

what OS you are running? WP 8.0 or 8.1? yesterday i got a massive update, including apps and system app update
