My Lumia 630 demands me to get WLAN for update. I have 3G connection for free. How can i force Lumia to use it.

Try setting data to unlimited in data sense and clearing "restrict background data" (if set).

Put your 3G sim in another phone capable of creating Wi-Fi hotspot and connect to that hotspot.
