Hey guys. I am using Lumia 950xl since last one year. I've never opted for insider program and i do regular updates on it. I charge it via original wall charger that came with it or I charge it with laptop connected with original cable that came in the box.
Two months back, after an upgrade my phone got soo hot and it's battery got swollen. I changed it. Now again similar thing happened in recent update. What the hell is wrong with this phone and Microsoft. Is there anyone to solve our never ending misery:(

For better results I would recommend a power bank. It's far away from the wall charger. I did that to my Lumia and now the restart problems have gone and also I have more screen hours..

The original battery that came with phone had the same fate after upgrade.
Odd. What build are you on? In using 15245 on fast ring. Using same battery since they sent me the device in late 2015. I can't say I sue any particular charger as I have one at work, one at home, one in the car.

Getting two bad batteries isn't out of the realm of possibility.

But then again, updates tend to be a mixed bag so hardware damage isn't out of the realm of possibility either. I would think the former is more likely however.
