I happen to like HTC hardware, but I'm afraid that they still don't understand how to support their customers. Look at the reviews for the Connection Setup app. There are tons of people complaining about bugs, or clamoring for HTC to add more carriers like Straight Talk and Net10 since you can't manually edit the APNs on WP7 without having a rooted phone. But HTC is completely deaf to the complaints. This kind of stuff leaves a bad taste in customer's mouths. I don't think it's a coincidence that they're having financial problems.
