Upgrading to cyan - lumia 1020 - dead camera

Following self tests fails after upgrading to CYAN (see below). LUMIA 1020 camera dead after upgrading. DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION?
HARD RESET or REFLASH CYAN DOES NOT wok.

- Camera interface test for second camera
- Secondary camera Non volatile memory self test

Downgrade back to Lumia Black. Then retry upgrade.

My lumia 1020 camera is dead after upgrading with os 8.1 and cyan. I did reset many times but the issue is still. I want to downgrade it to 8. I tried nokia software recovery tool but it shows the update os 8.1 only. Now i recover the problem? Plz help me plz

Hello,

I have the same problem with Nokia Lumia 920. Even i tried to downgrade with Nokia Care Suite and it didn't work... Please, help!!
