Urgent Help!

I have 2GB Imation USB and I was planning to install windows to usb then the usb is just 2GB and Someone gave me idea, They say to increase my usb space, I should buy a 4.7GB DVD, then allocate the space from DVD discs that are not used to usb. Help me IDK how to do it.
