URGENT:my lumia 720 phone get struck but not working even i tried soft and hard reset both wont work

i switched off my mobile before going to bed later today morning i try to on it but it is not working i tried soft reset i am worried please help me

well is it charged? has it been plugged in for at least an hour?
any signs of life?
