[URGENT] Please help me!! Update failed, phone not booting anymore

Hi all, I'm desperate...

I have a 830, was installing GDR2 via Windows Insider but it got stuck on those Gears.
It rebooted when it was completed, but now it just keeps restarting back to gears for some time (no progress)
and power off!!!!

I tried soft reset, hard reset, tried connecting it to WP recovery tool and Nokia Care Suite but MY PC DOESN'T DETECT ANY PHONE.
It starts normally, got the Nokia logo, a brief Windows logo and GEARS! (the problem it that it just doesn't gets detected on my PC)

PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP QUICK! :crying::crying::crying:

Haha, I wasn't crying... That emoji is just too dramatic haha
This link wasn't my solution, my PC couldn't detect it and none button combination worked. But I got it fixed on Nokia, they pushed the whole OS to the phone.

Btw, I live in Rio... Rio Grande do Norte! not Rio de Janeiro, and here we have something better than beer (Search for 'Cacha?a') :amaze:
