Urgent: Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10130

I installed the Insider Preview on my laptop today...and it installed Build 10130. I went and checked and it had also switched me to the Slow Ring even though I had chosen the Fast Ring. Either way, I clearly don't want to be on Build 10130, I want Build 10166, but switching to Fast Ring can take nearly a day to save. Is there anyway to update to a newer Build now? Why did this even happen?

Download the 10166 ISO and install it on top op the 10130
