URGENT: Windows 10 Mobile Help

Good morning,
Just updated my uncle's Lumia 640 to Windows 10 Mobile, but it didn't go smoothly. All of his contacts are gone and he's freaking out. I'm working on finding a solution but he's harassing me to get it done so I'd appreciate some ideas and feedback. All of his contacts are gone and no accounts are showing up in the filter. He doesn't know where he put his contacts and nothing is syncing.

Set up Outlook Mail
