USB 1 cannot connect error in Nokia Care suite.

For some strange reason i cannot connect to the Nokia Care suite. Whenever i connect my phone and open the NCS, it says " USB1 cannot Connect". I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it still cannot connect. I've tried it with my lumia 920 and 720 both. Earlier both phones used to get detected by it. I'm using NCS5.
