Hi,

I have Surface Pro 11. Windows 24H2 with latest updates.

Microsoft specifications promissed that it has two USB4 (Thunderbolt) USB-Cports. But I can't find the presence of USB4 neither in Device Manager (it show only USB3 in Universal Serial Bus Controllers tree) nor in Settings - Bluetooth&Devices -USB - USB4 Hubs and Devices – No USB4 Hubs or Device found. I carefully read Microsoft articles about USB4 and Registry tweak - add dword HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\USB - IsSystemUsb4CapableFromOem = 1. But it already exist by default.
The origin of my post was behaviou and performance external Samsung T9 SSD (USB 3.2, 2000 MB/s) that show on Surface 11 only 100 MB/s max.
What is the matter?

Good afternoon.

Yeah that is a definite concern. I'd be HIGHLY upset if I were you.
