Used 920 or a brand new 625

In Singapore, 820 is pretty rare to find and it costs around $400-500. While a 625 and the used 920 costs about $300.

I am from Singapore too. Just got my 820 2 weeks back for $260. Brand new but no local warranty. Look around, there are better deals.

If the condition is acceptable, I'd take the 920. All the WP apps, superb camera and wireless charging built-in are more valuable than a new 625, IMO.

But, also, I don't buy something used unless it's mint condition.

Got it from China and shipped it over. I have 3 years warranty in China, which means if there is any issues with the phone, I have to ship it back.

Got a white 920 for my gf. First hand. At $330 Sing.Dollars. Can't believe when I saw it haha. Last set in store. So lucky as I was about to buy the used one for $350. She loves it.
