Using old 520 as a music player
I have a spare Lumia 520 with no sim card that I want to use as a mp3 player for gigging. I need to download some apps. It seems to be connecting to my Wi-Fi but it doesn't connect to the internet. Will this phone not connect without the sim and if so is there a work around. (ie; download exe file to laptop and install on phone etc...)
