You can use it anywhere. The only problem you might face would be the 3G and LTE bands not being supported by your network.

From Nokia Website
Frequency bands: GSM 850, GSM 900, GSM 1800, GSM 1900, WCDMA Band V (850), WCDMA Band VIII (900), WCDMA Band II (1900), WCDMA Band I (2100), LTE 800, LTE 900, LTE 1800, LTE 2100, LTE 2600

According to this article, France Telecom-Orange has both the 2600 MHz, and 800 MHz 4G bands -- and Lumia 920 supports both.

Hence, if you're on France Telecom-Orange, I'll bet you'll have no problems with a Lumia 920.

I have a Lumia 920, and I'm in a tiny island in Maldives. No problems with 3G, and my network, Wataniya, showed off a Lumia 920 during their 4G announcement event recently. You should have no problem with it, as long as your area has 4G support on Orange.

EDIT: I just noticed the part about you being from Israel. I looked around, and couldn't find anything about 4G in Israel, so I don't think you'll get that. 3G, though, should work fine, and you should be able to enjoy all of the phone's features.

If it's unlocked it will work anywhere. But as somebody above said, you Might get problem with internet (and /or SMS, mms). I didn't have problem using my 928 (Verizon exclusive but unlocked) in Russia (except LTE I think they don't have it). But here in the US on Tmobile SMS works on 2G only and no LTE connection
