Usual (build 8.10.14219) Update works for 1 hour then Double tap instead of swipe - (3rd 1520)

As a software developer I could have fixed this 1 year ago
the hardware bug is double tap within micro seconds when trying to swipe
FIX = ignore double taps within the realms common sense
over one year now this I guess it wont be fixed - very sad state of affairs
