UWP Rise of the Tomb Raider crash on Build 14328
Since updating my Surface Book (i7, dGPU, 8GB, 256) to Build 14328 I cannot get Rise of the Tomb Raider (UWP) to run. The game's splash screen appears and the game will crash and go back to the desktop. If I try again to start the game I get a message that the game did not start properly the last time and the dialog box asks if I want to start the game in Safe Mode. I have tried to both options and it still just crashes to desktop. Is anyone else having this issue with any UWP games since updating or does anyone have any workarounds?
