Verify Microsoft Account Credentials repeatedly showing up

Does anyone else have this? Probably the only problem I have with W10. Notification pops up with a red X saying I need to verify my account credentials and when i click it, it takes me to my user page where i need to click verify to enter my password but it just activates. Not exactly a major bug but still pretty annoying

I've had the exact same experience several times. It hasn't happened often enough for me to identify any particular pattern though.
