Verizon FIOS Mobile App finally in work?

Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this before, but I have been waiting for the Verizon FIOS Mobile app for Windows Phone for a while.
Comcast released their app not too long ago.

I contacted chat support to ask where the download is for Windows Phone and got a response that the Windows version is in the testing phase.
It is supposed to also work on Windows Tablets.

I'd like this as well.

Obviously this customer support person isn't very knowledgable about the Win8/WP8 platform, as there would have to be two different apps to work on both platforms, at least at this time.
