I received a Lumia 2520 that is marked on the back as prototype. I believe (though not sure) is a demo unit from a Verizon store. Battery will not charge and when I check ESN it shows it as not valid. There is no Verizon logo on the device.
Two questions:
1) Could Verizon have disabled the batteries or is it defective. Would Nokia US Care take care of this?
2) Also, the ESN shows as uknown when I search for it. I don't really care as the plan is to use as WiFi only but it would be nice in future.
