Viber isn't working...is this MS fault?

Hello!

I want to know why Viber has so many problems? Is this because of the bugs in the operatin system or in Viber servers? I ask this question because the Facebook app has also notification problems. I hope that this problems are not coming from the operating system.

Let Viber team answer me.

What couldn't understand from what i said? Simple question for the u**y USA people. The bugs in Viber...are they related with the Viber development team or with the Microsoft development team?

Probably a little of both. I doubt the Viber bugs are all related.
