Viber Timestamp always different on PC version than Mobile App by a few hours; which one is correct?

I noticed that Viber on my PC always shows a different last online than my mobile for the same person. For example one contact shows last online at 23:00 by my PC and 21:58 by my mobile. Another friend 22:57 by my PC and 21:45 by my mobile. Just about all contacts show a later timestamp for the PC version than the mobile version. Which one is correct? The timestamp of the PC version or mobile app?

Interesting, out of curiousity is the time on your phone set automatically or you set it manually?
