My phone only vibrates twice when someone calls me and then stops. I bought this phone used on Ebay. Also how can I increase the volume for the alarm, its kind of low. When ever the alarm goes off I try to increase the volume by pressing the side button but that just stops the alarm and increase the ringer volume.. Any ideas, help?
