Vibration alert on incoming call

Can anyone confirm if the band suppose to vibrate (alert) on incoming call? Mine shows "incoming call" info but it doesn't vibrate. Please let me know. Thanks!

There are settings to turn on for notifications. And also a setting to set haptic vib level or to turn it off.
