vibration issue

My L920 hit the floor and then the vibration stops working , i try to restart it and also had reset it without any improvement ,any solutions??

obviously your gravitational accident damaged the hardware somehow.

If it were me, I would open the phone and check for obvious damage, such as the vibrator motor being knocked loose. However if you aren't comfortable with such an operation, you may want to enlist the assistance of technologically inclined friend or a shop.
Or MS support.
