I can't stop the vibration in My Lumia 520, in windows key & bing search & back key,,,, how can i stop that ,,,,, plzzzz help me guyssss,,

You can't stop it. Only certain phone manufacturers allow you to do it, such as Samsung and Huawei. Hopefully Nokia will add this in a later update.

Its a wp default. Hope they better disable the search button or provide a setting to do so.
