Video Fade In/Out App

I can trim videos, but I haven't found an app that will do a basic fade in/out.
Do you guys have any suggestions?
If I can trim and fade, in the same app, that would be great.
I'm using windows 10 mobile, so phone 8 and/or uwp suggestions should work.

there's this app called movie maker 8.1. I think it had the fade feature

I'm looking at the app listing and it looks like fade in/out might be an in-app purchase on top of the app purchase.
That's kind of lame.
Also, it says "transition".
I wonder if that only applies to transitions between clips (not beginning/ending fades).

you can email the developer of the app and ask them how the app works etc
