Video in default camera app constantly refocusing - any way to fix?

When I take a video with this camera it constantly refocuses over and over and over. It's annoying and makes video practically useless. Is there any fix for this?

That's been an issue for quite a few builds for me as well. (I've not found a fix yet.)
