Video Out?

Getting my 820 in a few days (woop)

Is there any video out functionality to connect it to a TV? I think it has PlayTo so I should be able to stream stuff to my Xbox etc? Is there any wired (microusb to hdmi?) or something along those lines?

and while I have your attention anybody know of an app I can use to browse my synology nas/access the media on it, i use DS File on my ipad but I cant see it in the store.

No TV out or DLNA currently. Nokia did make a DLNA app for Windows Phone 7, they indicated they're working on a Windows Phone 8 version.
