I'm pretty sure its one of those "you either got it or you don't" things.

Insider version of W10M on L735 doesn't support the second microphone in video recording. It'll be enabled with the stable W10M upgrade. If you mean to change the audio sound system in the camera app settings somehow, default camera app doesn't have that feature yet
