Video sharing

I have a 5 month old baby and take lots of videos and I'm able to send some through text or email and some I can't I know it has to do with file size I was curious if anyone knows what file size the cutoff is to text or email videos?

There could be more variables, like the limit of the person receiving the video. Why not upload them to OneDrive and share the link? That way people can watch it on anything.
