Viewing calendar availability

Is it possible to view availability of others when using the calendar function on my phone from my firms email account?

I would think you would have to have that person's calendar on your phone. Just speculation on my part.

sorry to be clear, I meant when you want to book a meeting and want to check an attendees availability before booking the meeting, this I know is poss on a BlackBerry.

I knew what you meant. I guess the question is, does it do more than just sync with your mail and calendar? If all it does is sync, I don't see that being possible. That was the reasoning behind my answer. Like I said, speculation on my part. I don't have my calendar synced to an exchange account to test it. All I could see was to add attendee, I don't know if there are more options if you are connected to an exchange account.
