Visual Voicemail Issues

On my Nokia Windows Phone I get prompted to give my Visual Voicemail password. I have set up Visual Voicemail and was never required to give a password in the past, which makes me wonder where the password request came from. I've tried using the Voicemail phone number, the last four of my phone number, and the VV number, the last seven of my number and the VV number with no success...suggestions.

You should've set up the VVM password some time ago when you first set it up.

How about you try calling the Voicemail system itself, see what it says.
