Been on the Traveler's SIM over a week. Not seen LTE once, only H+ and yes, I checked that my phone is LTE capable here in Portugal.

Never lost signal, but I did see some EDGE service on a train through the mountains. With the 30 minutes call/text back home and 500 minutes call/text in Portugal + 5GB data for only 20€ it's still a good value. LTE would have been nice and they never advertised it was at a lower speed.
