Voice call in lumia950xl

[Windows Central Question]

When I make a voice call or someone calls me I can hear them perfectly but they keep saying that they can't hear me very well. it isn't one call or two but many calls. I have reset my phone but nothing change. Can anyone help me as this is irritating me because the only way other people can hear me is to open the loudspeaker. Any help please

is the network coverage of the carrier strong in your area?

since when are you having this issue? have you taken the device for an inspection at the service center?
