Voice Calling in Acer W4 821 3g model?

Hi there! I am using iconia w4 with 3g support. 3g data connection works fine. But, I was wondering if it was possible to make voice calls as well, or at least was able to use some keypad to dial numbers for balance inquiry, package subscription information etc. I tried to use skype keypad but no luck. I tried to make call to this sim from other phone. Ringtone is heard from other side but nothing happens on w4 tab. I think I need to install some software with phone kypad function which can access the huawei 3g module on board to make voice calls. is it possible?

Nope you can not make phone calls from windows 8/8.1 tablets. But can you use Skype or any other third party apps to make phone calls (you need Skype credit in order to make phone calls)

Nope you can't
As @himanshu Said you can use other third party apps for calling (Skype ,Viber etc.)
