Voice commands not working after anniversary update

On both of my computers (a surface pro 3 and a custom built desktop), voice commands with Cortana fail every time after the anniversary update. I click the microphone button and Cortana pops up with "listening", then it immediately disappears.

Is anyone else having this issue?
Typing commands works perfectly fine.

Feature Depreciation -
?Cortana can no longer search for apps, setting, email, text messaging, contacts and QR Codes on the device and can no longer open apps through voice commands.
?"Hey Cortana" is no longer available on some upgraded devices.

You don't seem to understand my issue. Typing commands into Cortana works perfectly fine with the functionality that I expect, but when I try to speak a command Cortana disappears (almost like Cortana crashes, but it doesn't).

SOLUTION:

Settings -> Time & Language -> Speech -> Microphone -> Click "Get Started". Follow directions. Done

I ask you to change Speech to US. If it work then it would be great.

I didn't faced this crash on non insider AU yet.
