Surface headphones mic not working after surface duo att October update

Just updated the duo last night on att. When making calls on phone, Skype, WhatsApp, the microphone won't work. I hear a beep right after initiating the call. It only works when responding to a phone call.

Could be a surface headphones issue but it clearly happened after the phone update.

I just experienced a new issue, videós I play will pause when using the headphones. It seems that there is a need for a headphones /Bluetooth fix.

I'm not having any issues with my Surface Headphones mic after the update. I'd suggest resetting your headphones and then reconnecting to your Duo.
