Ok so I updated my fantastic Nokia 930 to windows 10. I've only just noticed that VOICE DICTATION is GONE.
I live in Ireland and Cortana will not work for me unless i change my region and language settings.
HELP......................this is a work and productivity phone that I use while driving hands free dictate etc....
Is there a work around?????????????????
