VOIP Softphone on Surface 2 Available?

Was debating getting a surface 2 but wanted to know if there was a VOIP Softphone Client available for RT?

I cannot seem to see anything on the web but hoping someone could advise.

I haven't seen anything like that in the Windows Store. Linphone is available for Windows Phone 8, but I don't see anything for RT (only desktop Windows).

we use vocalocity for our work lines. So really need sip based client.

Jiovine. Have you had any luck? I'm also using vocalocity and I'm looking for a sip client for my windows phone and ideally a windows 8 app. I'm using x lite but I really don't like the desktop nature of it.
