Volume bar stuck on top left of screen

I have windows 10 home edition.

facing very wierd problem where the volume bar got stuck on the top left corner of screen and it is letting me mute or decrease the volume. It stays on 100% always.

How to get rid of this problem

Hi!
If your system volume stays on 100% then you can decrease it by clicking on Sound button from Taskbar( Adjacent to Date/time).
Reply if still the problem occurs.
