Volume button dont work and callers cant hear me

I have l720 around 5 months,and until last few weeks everything was working well,and suddenly i couldn't down the volume cause down volume button didn't work,now its rly often,its happening every day.And people who called me cant hear my voices sometimes,its really annoying,do you have this problems?

The microphone at times can be a pain. There are two microphones on this phone. When i had the same problem, it turned out to be dust in the microphone on the back of the phone. Right next to the focus assist light for the camera, there is a tiny hole. Clean it out with a pin and some soft material or you could try an air duster and blow it out.
