Volume control problem

When volume is pressed down,the volume level reduces,but it doesnt hav any effect on audio volume....how to brought the volume in control...!

Do you have WP 8.1 or Lumia Black, if you are still running Amber, then this bug will always be there. As soon as you update it should be fixed, otherwise you can do a soft reset by holding the power button and volume down button.

EDIT:- A restart will work too

Im still in amber...n I already done soft reset...keypad volume is functioning bt music n videos does not responding to volume control

Just update and it should be fixed
