VPN doesn't work at all ... please , help !

Hi friends. I have Lumia 1520 with Windows 10 official
update. Since that time VPN has not been worked
anymore. I tried different VPN servers , Hotspot shield
, Touch vpn , and more but no change. Also Opera
browser didn't work because it used VPN connection.
In addition , some other lumia"s owners had the
same problem , but with no solution. I tried hard reset
and came back to 8.1 but no change.
I am from Yemen and you know there is war in some
areas , the big problem is that they blocked
Whatsapp and I need it necessary for my study.
Please help me to fix my problem.
