VPN express, open source & Windows 10

I hope to try this out later, but I wanted to ask now.
(1)Has any one tried if vpn's work on windows 10.
(2)Does it support open source VPN?
(3)Has any one tried Express VPN on the phone?

One of the known issues is that VPN doesn't work on W10 TP

Are there any updates on how VPN and windows 10 mobile is working out.
