VR Launcher Set Up Will NOT Persist

I realize that this is an older thread, but mine also wouldn't respond to any inputs. I was stuck at the disclaimer screen and couldn't get past it. Once I plugged in the headphones/ear buds...it all started responding, with its usual mostly/sometimes responsiveness. Still wasn't perfect, but headphones seem to be the key to waking it up.

Dunno way. I still don't get how the capacitive buttons work...its not like they're bluetooth or wifi.
