W 10 M WiFi Hotspot, how can I set it up?

W 10 M WiFi Hotspot

Is it possible to set up a WIFi Hotspot on a phone with Win 10 Production build? If so how?
I saw how to do it with Win 8.1M but cannot find any mention of doing this in Win 10 M.

My familiarity is limited to MS Lumia devices, and I've never used it but on my phone, it's in Settings-Network & Wireless, then Mobile Hotspot. Once you tap that, it opens the menu that lets you configure it.

expand the action center and tap on mobile hotspot, thats it

Yes, I found it just where you said. Haven't tried it yet.

The other answer also helps as after I get it set up, its a shortcut to turn it on and off.
